This film directed by Engin Bastürk extols the values of friendship, compassion and solidarity. It also explains and works on important issues such as; the animals that suffer water scarcity or those that are in danger of extinction, in addition to the drought that we may suffer in the future. The thirsty and hungry animals of the region have been dying of thirst and hunger for a long time and have decided to do something to put an end to this disastrous situation. Guided by a turtle, they are looking for a treasure, hoping to save the current situation. Each stage of the trip will be a new adventure for the group of animals.
The Zinema Euskaraz program aims to make Basque film values available to citizens, use Basque as a cultural communication and establish a series of films that promote the normalization of Basque in leisure.
This year, the program has contributed 12 films. Most of them have already been released, but at the beginning of the year three new titles will be released in theaters: Oihaneko Kuadrila, Early Man and La Abeja Maya.
